For all photographic work (basic photography, panoramas, editing) I charge £20 per hour (charged to the nearest half hour). There is a £25 non refundable deposit, with any balance due on the completion of contract. Our contract is completed on your receipt of the agreed photos.
Our contract will specify the number of photo locations to be photographed. The £20 per hour rate includes (as a minimum) one high quality jpg and one high resolution pdf of each agreed photo location (a photo location is the point from where a photograph is taken - these could be 10 metres or 10 miles apart). These will be supplied free of watermark and at a mimimum resolution of 800 pixels on the longest edge. You may select your preferred photo(s) from low resolution proofs which I will post online at a private viewing gallery. You are allowed to use the supplied photos to advertise the property being photographed. You may not use the photos for sale. You may use the photos to advertise your business online (but must acknowledge me as photographer). Please contact me if other use is required. I am usually happy to agree subject to suitable acknowledgement.
By default all chosen pictures are supplied on CD. Should you elect to buy a print note that any print costs will depend on size, finish etc. To minimise your costs I will supply you with a high resolution photo on CD. This will allow you to print and frame the photograph on a one time only basis.
